Ganzheitliche Bildung stärkt Jugendliche nachhaltig
The courts in El Salvador work slowly and inefficiently, even in minor cases. Those who suffer are often employees whose rights have been violated: lack of social benefits, unpaid overtime, sexual harassment and chronic health problems are particularly common.
The project works with the Attorney General's Office, a recognised women's organisation and a professional contact point to support them. This ensures that court cases are concluded more quickly and fairly.
In 2024, 4,983 employees were able to claim repayments of wages and social benefits totalling 5.1 million US dollars.
